Refunds and Returns

We make returns simple. Don’t worry if you have a problem with an order, just email Rosie rosie@tackleshop.co.uk We will always treat you like we would like to be treated ourselves so just relax, we will sort it out, no problem.

Returning an unwanted item

You can return any unwanted item within 30 days of receipt. It’s a very simple process.
1. Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
2. We will arrange for DHL to collect from your address. Someone must be at the address at time of collection.
3. When we receive the item we will do a full refund LESS the shipping cost. This is £5 for most items. Any oversized items (1 side longer than 1.2m) will be charged at £10.

Alternatively you can return any item yourself but we would recommend using a tracked service. Please include any paperwork if returning it yourself.

Faulty or damaged items

If any item is damaged or faulty please email Rosie rosie@tackleshop.co.uk We may need to have the item returned and arrange for DHL to collect the item.
